Shipping Costs:

  • We always offer FREE Shipping which will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. SoapSlippers™ is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.
